As we embark on this adventure, we want to gently remind you that being a part of THE SCI LAB is an addition to the wonderful roles and responsibilities you already hold. Your participation here is designed to enrich your professional journey, not replace any existing commitments you have, such as confidentiality agreements and codes of conduct with your employer. Think of THE SCI LAB Guidelines as your trusty companion that walks alongside the agreements you've already made, ensuring that you can engage fully without stepping on any toes.

We're all about creating a harmonious balance where your involvement in THE SCI LAB enhances your contributions both here and in your workplace. 1. Vision Statement:

To redefine the future of supply chain management by uniting industry leaders to foster innovation and drive technological advancement.

 

2. Mission Statement:

To empower supply chain professionals to co-create innovative solutions with Roambee, enabling early tech adoption, career development, and strong industry partnerships.

3. Purpose:

The SCI LAB has been created not only to offer insights, feedback, and strategic advice to Roambee on its products, services, and overall business strategies in the realm of supply chain intelligence but also to foster a hands-on environment for problem identification and resolution. It serves as a dynamic workshop and pilot space where "research for use" is actively pursued within an ecosystem setting. This approach ensures that the lab is a hub of practical innovation and collaboration, directly impacting the development and refinement of supply chain solutions.

 

4. Membership Commitments:

As a member of THE SCI LAB, you agree to these friendly commitments:

 

4.1 Time Commitment:

The Member shall commit to attending virtual meetings scheduled once a quarter, to actively participate in discussions, workshops, and presentations.

 

4.2 Confidentiality:

Both THE SCI LAB and its members mutually commit to upholding the highest standards of confidentiality for any proprietary information, strategies, or discussions that take place during THE SCI LAB meetings. This encompasses a wide range of confidential materials, ensuring that trust and respect are maintained within our collaborative environment.

 

4.3 Engagement and Participation:

The Member commits to actively engage in discussions, provide feedback, and actively participate in all activities and initiatives proposed during THE SCI LAB meetings.

 

4.4 Sharing Insights:

As a member of our THE SCI LAB community, you're invited to enrich our discussions with your unique industry insights, expertise, and perspectives. Your contributions will play a pivotal role in shaping the strategic direction of the industry, supply chain technology and Roambee's products and services, fostering a truly collaborative and engaging atmosphere where every voice matters.

 

4.5 Involvement in Agreed Projects:

We warmly invite our members to contribute their critical challenges and pertinent supply chain problems for discussion, laying the groundwork for the ideation and development of targeted projects, pilot programs, and outcome-driven initiatives. This strategic approach empowers us to collaboratively tackle industry obstacles, fostering a synergistic environment conducive to innovation and executive-level engagement.

 

4.6 Support and Advocacy Request:

Every now and then, Roambee might reach out for a bit of extra support from you for special initiatives, promotional fun, or team efforts that go beyond our regular meetings. We totally understand and respect that you're volunteering your time and energy here. So, while we'd love any help you can offer, there's absolutely no pressure to commit. Your participation in these extra activities is always at your discretion and greatly appreciated, whenever you choose to join in.

 

4.8 In Case of Absence:

In the event that the Member cannot attend a scheduled meeting, the Member agrees to notify Roambee in advance and, where feasible, arrange for a suitable representative from their company with equal authority and expertise to attend in their place. The replacement representative must be empowered with the necessary information to effectively fulfill the commitments outlined in this agreement during the meeting.

 

5. Ending our Member Agreement:

Just a heads-up, this agreement will stay in place until either of us feels it’s time to end it. If that time comes, all we need is a friendly note giving us a 30-day heads-up.
